STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS – PURCHASE POLICY
All orders are accepted under these Terms and Conditions.
No variations of these Terms and Conditions is permitted unless expressly accepted by a Director of the Company in writing.
Title to the goods remains with CROP Surveillance Ltd until payment is received in full. We also reserve the right to alter prices, specifications and Terms of Business without prior notice.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver.
You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this contract to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the Company’s reasonable control, which by its nature could not have been foreseen, or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party’s), failure of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, armed conflict, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
All prices are correct at the time of publication. CROP Surveillance Ltd reserve the right to amend prices without prior warning.
All prices are in UK GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice.
We currently accept Credit / Debit Card payments for online webstore purchases.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before shipping. The price shown on the CROP Surveillance Ltd website is exclusive of any import taxes or duties that may be applied when delivered to locations outside of UK or Europe. Any taxes or duty charges that may be incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
CROP Surveillance Ltd will NOT be liable for paying taxes or duties for orders placed from outside of the UK or Europe.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We currently accept payment from all major Credit Card and Debit Card (exc. American Express) payments for online webstore purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before shipping.
You may order on-line from this website or by telephone.
POSTAGE & PACKING – SHIPPING
Please note that due to varying sizes and weights of our products, Postage & Packing is not included in the prices displayed on this site. It will be calculated and added to your total when we have received your complete order.
If you wish to know the cost of the Postage & Packing, please check the box on ‘CHECKOUT’ page. Special requests for delivery will be charged at current rates at time of order.
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (UK) – (Exc. Northern Ireland). Please contact us if your order is unable to be processed due to your location.
UK orders will ship via Royal Mail as Standard delivery and estimated delivery time is usually between 2-5 working days.
We will always endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible and communicate any delays to you promptly.
Items are dispatched during CROP Surveillance Ltd open office hours.
All items quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the Buyers address or, if different, as specified on the Buyer’s order.
The Company shall facilitate delivery of the Goods to the delivery address.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever or howsoever arising caused by non-delivery or late delivery.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
You must inspect the goods on delivery or collection.
If you identify any damages or shortages you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, providing details.
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged – damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged.
You bare the risk and costs of returning the Goods.

PRODUCT COLOURS AND REPRESENTATION
We have done our best to convey as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colours you see may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources & will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Furthermore, CROP Surveillance Ltd reserves the right to change and/or alter from time to time the photography and computer-generated imagery to reflect any online product changes that occur as a result of ongoing product development. This is to ensure the product displayed is as close as possible to the actual product available.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Authorised returns are processed once a week. Refunds will be issued to the credit /debit card account used for purchase. We can only Authorise a return if you have contacted us prior to returning the product. Credit / debit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered, including labels removed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return. CROP Surveillance Ltd cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us your details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area; or
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit /debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Nothing in this agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The customer agrees that they and not the seller, are liable for ensuring that the product is used in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations and that any injury to themselves or third parties is their (customer) responsibility.
